In order to make the billing process go smoothly, it is important that you provide us with the correct and complete insurance information.
If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance company first before sending you a bill. You will not get a bill from us until your insurance company has processed your claim. Any patient liability for services that is not covered by your insurance will be included in your final bill.
Your final bill will be a summary of your service, protecting your confidential medical information. If you wish to have an itemized list of your services, please feel free to call (707) 431-6510 and speak to one of our financial counselors.
Please note that Emergency Room, EKG, HPC and Wound Care physician fees will be included in your hospital bill.
Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company.
Healdsburg District Hospital provides patients with the option of paying online via credit card, debit card, or Healthcare Spending Account (HSA). Online Bill Pay.
Cash Discount Policy
Healdsburg District Hospital offers a discount policy of ten percent (10%) for payment made in full at time of service. If our staff is unable to provide you with an estimate of your bill at the time of service, we will send it to you as soon as possible. To take advantage of this cash discount, payment has to be made within 10-days of receipt of your bill.
Preferred Payment Plan
