Healdsburg Hospital believes strongly in its legal and ethical commitment to provide the highest level of health care for those ignored or misrepresented by society at large.

Healdsburg Hospital’s Community Outreach Programs and Initiatives are based on findings from comprehensive research and Community Health Access Assessments, conducted every three years by our hospital to identify community needs, develop service strategies, and form partnerships to address key concerns.

Through the development and implementation of these key programs and initiatives, Community Outreach helps generate improved mental, physical and spiritual health. We use feedback from our health care professionals, patients and community to create programs and a line of services that engender cooperation and empower the individual.

These community benefit programs and activities are carefully monitored to document and measure progress and this information is reported annually through the medical center’s Community Benefit Report.
