Medical School: Georgetown University, Washington, DC
Jackie is a mom of 4 adults (2 biological and 2 adopted) and a grandmother. She loves her daughter-in-laws and is grateful to have all her family nearby. Her life vision is health and hope, which she has practiced through nursing since 1988 in California, Nebraska, and 6 years in Jos, Nigeria, where she worked for Rafiki Foundation International, caring for orphans and widows.
Jackie earned her MSN with board certification from Georgetown University in 2014. In addition to caring for families at Healdsburg Physician Group, Jackie works a few days a month as an FNP at the Sonoma County Jail. She also volunteers regularly at an urgent care walk-in clinic in the tenderloin of San Francisco, City Impact, and she is actively involved in children’s ministry at her church.
Jackie loves to learn and challenge herself. She runs for fun, including a token marathon and the annual Bay to Breakers costumed run. In her free time, she reads, does multiple classes at the gym, and enjoys Sonoma County life and travel with her husband of 29 years.
