Insurance information will be verified and claims filed with your insurance company. It is recommended you speak to your insurance carrier prior to service to make sure you have a good understanding of your insurance benefits and plan requirements, such as pre-authorization, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts. If your insurance carrier is out of network for facility or professional services at Healdsburg District Hospital, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
After your insurance carrier has made a final determination of your claim, a statement for any balance due will be sent. Paperless statement options and online bill pay are available for your convenience. Instructions for enrollment will be provided on your statement.
Professional services for Emergency Room, Cardiology services; such as EKG, all Clinics and Wound Care fees are part of your overall hospital bill.
You may receive a bill after your service is rendered for professional charges that are related to your visit but not billed by the hospital. Please contact these providers directly with questions regarding these bills.
A separate bill will be sent when you receive services from our Radiology Department.
Professional fees for surgical services such as the surgeon, anesthesiologist, consultant, etc. may be billed separately. Please contact those providers with questions on their billings. Refer to the statements received from those providers for their contact telephone number for questions on billing.
