The North Sonoma County District Board adopted a resolution on July 30, 2020 recommending to the District’s voters the sale of the hospital and clinics to a secular affiliate of Providence St. Joseph Health.
Three virtual public forums were held in August to discuss the transaction and answer questions.

The North Sonoma County Healthcare District hosted Virtual Community Meetings on August 17-19.
The presentation was followed by a Q&A session where community members asked questions about the terms of the purchase agreement.
